Processing Time: All orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation. Due to the small batches and handmade nature of our products, processing time may extend to 7 business days during holidays or promotional periods; we will notify you in advance.

Remote Areas: 7–15 business days
International Delivery: 10–20 business days (depending on customs conditions in the destination country)
Shipping Costs:

International shipping costs are calculated based on destination and package weight and will be displayed at checkout.

Logistics Tracking: After your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number. You can track your package status in real time through the courier's website.

Special Note: Our candle products are fragile. We use professional protective packaging to ensure safe delivery. If you receive damaged goods, please contact us within 48 hours of signing for the package and attach photos. We will handle it properly for you.
